We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours of notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Call or text us at (303) 399-8006.

Cancellations or rescheduling within a 24 hour window will incur a $50 charge.

If you arrive a few minutes late, we can usually accommodate you. Arriving later may result in a shortened appointment that is still charged for the full scheduled duration.

If, for any reason, you don't attend your scheduled appointment and don't alert us for cancellation, you will be charged for the full price of your appointment.

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept payments via:

• MasterCard
• VISA
• Debit card 

In some cases we are able to accept direct assignment from Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, and Workers' Compensation programs.

We encourage clients to take advantage of flexible spending plans or health savings accounts when available through their employers. The cost of medically-prescribed therapy may be tax deductible.
